Drei Ebenen
- LIRENO-Betrieb — fester OAuth-Callback der API
- Mandant — Setup → Microsoft 365 (Client-ID, Secret, Policy)
- Firma — Hub → Verbinden (Outlook-Login)
Merksatz: Setup = Vorbereitung pro Mandant. Hub = Anmeldung pro Firma.
Schritt A — Azure-App (Microsoft Entra)
- Neue App-Registrierung
- Name z. B.
M365-4-LIRENO - Kontotyp: Single tenant (typisch)
- Umleitungs-URI: Plattform Web (nicht SPA)
- URL exakt wie in LIRENO angezeigt:

Prod:https://api.lireno.ch/api/v1/integrations/microsoft365/oauth/callback
Danach:

Schritt B — In LIRENO speichern
Pfad: Setup → Microsoft 365
- Sync-Policy (Import/Export, Intervall)
- Client-ID, Secret, Redirect URI, Tenant-ID eintragen
- Microsoft-Setup speichern
- Secret-Feld danach leer lassen = gespeichertes Secret behalten
Die angezeigte Redirect URI in Azure muss mit dem Eingabefeld und Entra übereinstimmen.
Schritt C — Outlook pro Firma
Pfad: Integrations-Hub → Microsoft 365
- Geschäftseinheit wählen
- Verbinden → Microsoft-Login (Authenticator ok)
- Hub → Outlook Kontakte → Synchronisieren
