Fiduciary
Guide for fiduciaries / trust firms that manage tenants in LIRENO.
Tenant vs. fiduciary
| Role | Meaning in LIRENO |
|---|---|
| Tenant | Organisation with tenant number (MND-…) — runs receipts, invoices, banking, taxes for its own company |
| Fiduciary | Fiduciary account type (THD-…) — manages one or more tenants, switches scope, maintains fiduciary parameters |
A tenant can be assigned to a fiduciary. The fiduciary sees the granted tenants and works in that tenant’s context.
What fiduciaries typically do
- Sign in with a fiduciary account
- Select / switch tenant (multi-tenant)
- Use setup and modules on behalf of the tenant (within scope)
- Maintain fiduciary parameters in setup (editable mainly as fiduciary)
- Prepare VAT and support filing — ESTV / AGOV
- Optionally set up integrations such as Microsoft 365
