Symptom: upstream_unavailable

Cause: WordPress cannot reach the LIRENO API.

Steps: Check API Base URL (https://api.lireno.ch / https://api.dev.lireno.ch) → save permalinks → update plugin → check firewall.

Symptom: 404 on integration routes

Cause: Old API build or wrong path. Check GET /health.

Symptom: 401 / 403

Cause: Session expired or missing entitlement. Sign in again; check plan.

Symptom: 500

Cause: Server exception. Note time → contact support (no secrets).
